Sports nutrition is an extremely important aspect of your training programme. Whether you’re in training for your next competition or simply exercising to improve your health, nutrition plays a key role in optimising the beneficial effects of physical activity. Making better decisions with your nutrition and hydration can result in improved performance, recovery and injury prevention.

How does this work?
Firstly, we will gather some information about you by asking you to complete some forms which we will email to you in advance of our meeting. We would like to know about your current training programme and/or any upcoming competitions you may have. It will also include a 7 day food diary which will give us an idea of your current eating and drinking habits. This information can then be used in preparation for your consultation.
Arrange for a consultation with us
We will arrange for you to come along to the clinic for an an initial consultation which will last an hour. During this time we can individualise a plan for you which covers fuelling, hydration, preparing for competition, looking at sample menus etc.
A follow up consultation lasting 30 minutes will be booked to see how the plan is working for you and gives you the chance to ask further questions if required.
