About our sessions
The sessions are held in a comfortable and relaxed setting here in the clinic with flexible appointments including evenings and weekends. All equipment will be provided. Just come along wearing comfortable clothing that you can easily move in.
Your first session starts with a discussion around any injuries and health issues you may have, as well as what you want from the sessions so that we can tailor–make the program to suit you. The program may also include exercises to do at home to compliment the areas we are working on in clinic so that we get the best results possible for you.
How many sessions will I need?
How many sessions you have and how often, is completely up to you. Some people need one or two sessions to help with recovery from injury or as an introduction to Pilates before joining a class. Others come regularly, maybe once a week, bi-weekly or monthly to work alongside other classes or training We are completely flexible and will design the program to whatever your requirements are.
Our instructor Dimitri is a level 3 qualified Pilates instructor and an experienced sports therapist with a vast knowledge of the muscular system, ensuring you get the best and up-to-date advice.
One-to-One Sessions: £38 for 1 hr
Duet Sessions: come along with a partner or friend. You’ll receive the same high level of attention and have the added benefit of sharing the cost. £45 for 1 hr (covers 2 people)
Block sessions: Book a block of 6 for £210 (Saving £18) One-to-One session

How will Sports therapy help you?
Sports therapy treatments here at the clinic include injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation, soft tissue work such as sports and remedial massage, joint mobilisation, trigger point therapy, muscle energy technique, strapping and taping and dry kneedling (a form of acupuncture).
Your treatment may include a range of these techniques depending on your injury. Each and every client is treated as an individual and so no one treatment will be the same.
